Eaten here several times. For some reason they were not on their game this past time. The ceviche was ugh and the pork belly was a bit overdone (better than underdone). Service was professional but slow. Was our anniversary dinner and underwhelmed us.

Absolutely excellent! Tanner provided exceptional service, the drinks were delicious and well-crafted, and the food was a sensory feast. Who knew carrots could steal the show? Cannot wait to return - especially upstairs during the holidays - the garland and fireplace cannot be beat.

Our party of nine enjoyed our Thanksgiving experience at The Kitchen Bistro in Boulder. They handled the large crowd very efficiently. The food was excellent for the most part but light on white meat turkey unfortunately.

The food was not good. Maybe consider making a smaller menu and focusing on the quality of a few items. There were so many items that we didn't even receive a few of them bc the table was too small.

We usually eat here once when visiting Boulder. I guess we haven't been in a while. We were seated upstairs, a very cool space with bar , a long high top and other tables & cocktail lounge seating. Our waiter was very attentive. They must have started serving shared plates at some point, which meant that everything becomes more expensive! There were various sizes from small to larger dishes, but I would rather have the appetizer, main & dessert options - Which these definitely could have been. If you don't like the shared ‘small plates' way of dining, just pick one of the smaller options as an app & bigger for your main! In any case the food was good. The roast chicken was delicious, though described by our waiter as a ‘half chicken' it certainly was not. A good size main for one person , this chicken was missing a leg & a wing :) A glass of wine was $18-$20 a glass, the beer seemed a better deal but was only an 8 oz pour. Overall a nice dinner for a special night out, but more expensive than it should be!

Don't think we've ever written a negative review about any restaurant. After eating here dozens of times as our favorite hometown restaurant over years, our last experience showed the restaurant has lost its way. Three of the ingredients on the menu were unavailable, the gnocchi was mushy and overcooked, and the martini volume fluctuated by 50%. Appetizer was 30 minutes late. There are much better restaurants to enjoy in town. Thank you.

We were here for a reunion dinner. Outstanding tapas style experience. Excellent craft cocktails and our server, Maybe, was spot on with her recommendations. We chose an eclectic mix of dishes and were not disappointed. Definitely will eat here again!
