Great breakfast spot. There was no line when we got there on a Saturday morning (rare for Boulder) and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was awesome and loved the mix of classic breakfasts and Mexican options. Pancakes were HUGE and really tasty. Breakfast enchiladas were well worth it and we will be back to try more.

Parkway cafe is one of the most authentic places in Boulder. Wonderful people, service is always great, food never disappoints, plus their prices are very reasonable. We go there almost every other day for last 1.5 year, it gives a cozy home-like vibe. Highly recommended!!!
