We have dined at Roadhouse often over the years, including at Spanky's in Denver prior to the Boulder opening. Each year the food quality declines, portions get smaller and prices go up. This last time, one of the dishes we order frequently (was paleo bowl now shrimp bowl) was truly bland. Even though the rtaurant was nearly empty, our server abandoned us. We had the credit card out to pay the bill for about 20 mins before we finally went inside to the host stand to pay our bill. Unfortunate.
The chips and dip and the Brussels sprouts were killer. Amazing. The burger was pretty delicious. The fig and prosciutto pizza left something to be desired. The drinks were killer. Service 10 outta 10.
Visited in May 2025, everything was well done chips seem to be handmade in house. TVs were not all on an active channel. Food was great, but fans circulation of air cooled it too fast. Restrooms downstairs may not be best for handicap access.
Hidden away....but a stellar find if you do get here!!
Best Cheese Burger i've had in years. just the basics and perfect Medium RARE. you need to bring back onion rings. Everyone was very happy with they're meals Burgers and salads CHEERS
We enjoyed the 1/2 off a bottle of wine special that runs on Tuesday. The tapas menu did not offer a lot of options, I believe there were only 5 items but we were happy to order of their menu as we have visited many times for the great food and service.
They have the NBA games on!!
Excellent brunch for Mother's Day. Small breakfast menu, but great variety none the less. Friendly staff from hostess to the servers. I had the breakfast burrito with the green chili, big and delicious. Guests had the banana bread French toast, again very tasty! We will be back again.
mediocre coffee, asked for table close to entrance for elderly mom, nope. ordered sausage with my breakfast and nothing came so when I asked, they said they don't have any more sausage, but they had bacon. Two super thin Denny's-level pieces of bacon :-(. I guess we both forgot they had ham as an option which they had for eggs Benedict.
Overpriced for what you get, could be worse. Space is cool, but zero parking

Food and service were fantastic. 💕
The bartender Stephen was busy, but still attentive. He was friendlier and funnier than most bartenders you’ll meet in Boulder. Overall I loved my experience here and I’d definitely come back to see Stephen
We came to the roadhouse on a nice warm spring day. It was beautiful. The outside seating is great and our waiter Cody was amazing. We had the Jam burger very unique and delicious! Definitely a five!
Excellent food and a really good cocktail menu!
Beautiful patio, not crowded on for Sunday brunch. Service was great and food was delicious!
