Just searched on Google maps and saw the Roadhouse. Sounded interesting so we went. It did not disappoint. The cocktails and beer were excellent and the food was phenomenal. Definitely will go again!

So bad! First we came in and asked if we could get drinks at the bar while waiting for a table, were told no. Then we were seated at a super dirty table and had to then stand and wait while it was cleaned. You can tell the restaurant was either understaffed, poorly managed, or both. Our burgers came out either under or over cooked. Why ask how you would like your burger if you will not follow the request. Buns were burned. We were never asked how our food was and just saw staff running around. Fries was greasy, cold and some raw. Would have had a better experience at a fast food restaurant.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with this place. I waited 30 min for cold fries and over done burger. Medium is not well done! Also the bacon was sitting under the heat lamp too long. I just was so disappointed in this when craving a burger. I wish I went to Culver’s it would have been better.

The service was impressive across the entire restaurant. It was very impressive.And the 5 hour braised short rib, and the prime rib was excellent!
We just arrived in boulder and looking for a place for dinner. We found an Uber eats special for buy one get one here and ordered the burger with the Brussels sprouts and also the pretzel and queso.The pretzel was pretty good and tender. The queso was barely any in the cup. It was only about 1/4 full. Way less than was expected and for $13 was less than sufficient.The burger was cooked well. We got it medium rare and it was just that. The toppings on the other hand were kind of limp. The lettuce looked a little old and wilted. The bun was awesome though and tasted very good.I took it to go so did not get to review the inside. The staff was very friendly when picking up my order.Parking kinda sucked though as you have to pay behind the building or park in the garage which said it was for pay too.

Great food and super nice servers. It seems like the kitchen may be a little slow. It could just be a result of under staffing or a menu with many options. Overall this is a great place. The Thai Salad is an A plus!!

Went here for brunch and the food was absolutely swimming in oil. When they brought me new food it was so over salted with small piles of salt on the plate. Pretty sure that was intentional and they were retaliating for requesting food that wasn’t visibly sitting in a pool of oil.

Weird vibe. Food usual for pub food. Sports screens up but weird lag. Many, not a lot, people for drinks and food. Price little high for apps, meal and NO alcoholic drinks at $80. Good news-not full of drinkers/sports peoples

Brought in a group of ten for my wife's birthday and everything was done just right. Bodhi was our server, he did great. Food was well-made, prompt and came out hot. Atmosphere was trendy but not pretentious, and it was busy but it never felt crowded. We even brought in a birthday cake and they cut and served it (for a small fee that they communicated clearly to us beforehand). Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
