We have been to Yellow Deli numerous times and really enjoy the food. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. But the service is very spotty and at this point makes me rethink dining there again. We arrived early today for lunch and there were only a few tables being used. We were greeted, seated and the server took our order and delivered the food. But then it was up to us to catch the servers attention. After we finished our lunch I was able to catch her eye and we ordered dessert....

The bread was very good. I got a salad which was ok. My waiter was kind of odd. Just seemed a little detached and I felt a bit weird with him. He didn’t really share much about the menu and almost seemed like he couldn’t be bothered with me. I was considering dessert but I just got such a weird vibe that I ended up just leaving after my salad.

I sort of picked up a weird vibe from the place in general. It was a cute place but it was almost completely empty...

Such a unique place! The Deli Rose sandwich was delicious as was the veggie bowl (more of a small container of pickled vegetables) and Immune Support herbal tea. The atmosphere reminded us of being in Bavaria with a hippie twist. The service was personable and friendly. Highly recommend.
