This is one of the best low key spots in Boulder. The flavors and seasoning is always on point, tremendous momos and the lunch special during the week can’t be beat. Beef Mothuk shown below is delicious as well

A good place to have Tibetian/Nepalese food.
The place is not very ambient or exquisite. Very less seating area.
The food tastes nice and is at a reasonable price.
I tried their veg momos and veg fried noodles and both are good.

This is probably my favorite restaurant! I go to get lunch there all the time and for $11 you get quantities that are far bigger than ANY restaurant (I would say on average it's than 1.5ish times bigger than chipotle) and the quality is fantastic too. I saw one of the two owners at Costco buying organic carrots and all the ingredients. I'm just thinking these master chiefs can't be making too much money off each meal they sell and Instead make their living off having a lot of happy customers who want to return. In any case I would seriously give this place a try!

I actually ended up meeting Gautum, the restaurant's owner in an Uber and we instantly bonded. He was amazing to talk to and he ended up giving me a coupon to visit his restaurant.
Safe to say, later that night I made the trek down there and ordered the chicken Momo's. As a Nepali who has been craving authentic Momo's every time I come back to the states, but has never been satisfied, I was shocked. You could tell the dough was handmade and that the aachar was elite.
On top of that, they gave complimentary tea that instantly warmed me up. It felt just like the chai I make at home. If you're in town, please stop by! It's a little hole in the wall that made me feel welcomed as soon I went in!

My partner and I come here all the time. This is our favorite restaurant in Boulder, been coming for years. The food is incredible and every time we come my partner gets the beef dumpling soup (mothuk) and I usually get the chili chicken or chicken fried noodles. Although I've tried most things on the menu and they're all great. Really appreciate the friendliness of the people and the chai!

Momo is and always has been great here! I usually get the beef fried noodle, but when I went recently I believe they changed their noodle. Seems like it might just be a classic spaghetti noodle. Go back to the original noodle!
Genuinely such a great experience. The food is delicious and authentic, and the atmosphere and service were wonderful!
