This is one of the best low key spots in Boulder. The flavors and seasoning is always on point, tremendous momos and the lunch special during the week can’t be beat. Beef Mothuk shown below is delicious as well
A good place to have Tibetian/Nepalese food.
The place is not very ambient or exquisite. Very less seating area.

This is probably my favorite restaurant! I go to get lunch there all the time and for $11 you get quantities that are far bigger than ANY restaurant (I would say on average it's than 1.5ish times bigger than chipotle) and the quality is fantastic too. I saw one of the two owners at Costco buying organic carrots and all the ingredients. I'm just thinking these master chiefs can't be making too much money off each meal they sell and Instead make their living off...
