Went there with my girlfriend for happy hour and dinner. We sampled 4 different kinds of tacos all fantastic.. my favorite was the Arabe. You also need to try their mango margarita. It was our favorite place we ate during our trip to Denver & Boulder.
I love this restaurant. However, the butternut squash enchiladas at the Boulder location are never cooked well - the butternut squash is always hard and the tortillas are too crispy. At the Denver location, the squash is soft and the tortillas and perfect. I wish the Boulder location would cook their enchiladas the right way!
I’ll start by saying I had the butternut squash enchiladas and it was so unique and flavorful— I would go back here just to have those again. The atmosphere was warm and fun - decorated for Xmas. It was loud however. The bar service was extremely slow (like 30 minutes for a margarita) - we think this was because a poorly retained bartender was back there (multiple times we heard the other yelling at the poor guy).
