The baristas are super friendly and they make my drinks just fine. The issue is the owner who is there all the time. Multiple times i have witnessed the owner act rude to people, and say discriminatory things. Then , the other day at a near by business, I witnessed a man treat a desk clerk rudely, yelling and trying to demoralize her, and sure enough it was him. I will not return to his coffee shop because he negatively impacts the atmosphere with his patterns and behavior.

Super chill vibe, unlike chain coffee shops. And I was surprised how well priced my shot in the dark was.

WiFi is slow, coffee isn’t that good, and service is absolutely horrendous (very rude baristas that snip at you and then don’t make eye contact, like does behind behind the bar give you some power that you’re tripping on?)

I’ve tried this place maybe a dozen times, and most have them have been a rotten experience. Moving on. Verb and January coffee down the street are both far more worthy of your dollars IMO.

it is completely unacceptable to close on Sundays at noon for a coffee house.

Nice local spot with live music, decent coffee, and a chill vibe.
Some basic snacks (croissant, oatmeal), and all of the coffee options.
Kind folks with euro style seating and several small tables.

It’s a cute spot.I find it frustrating to look around and see a cafe full of people seated with disposable cups. The barista went for a disposable and I had to say, “It’s for here.” It’s admittedly hard to see that all of our small actions add up to a cumulative impact. Hoping someone will see this and pivot a policy. : )

This is an old Boulder favorite. Very low key. Great coffee!

Accommodating staff and comfortable atmosphere, but the specialty drinks are sugary and there's nothing I would consider healthy/edible to eat. No protein in sight.

Staff was great. Feel like they could always use a 2nd set of hands here though.

Would recommend giving your business to one of the other great coffee shops in the area - the staff here are nice, but that's about the only good thing. Wifi is so slow it's unusable, there are no outlets, cappuccino was the worst I've had in a while. Decor is straight out of the 90

Best place in Boulder to get an oat milk latte. So many other coffee shops are crowded with people working and often you can't sit down to enjoy your drink. So that's my favorite thing about Vics is that it such a relaxed vibe and plenty of chairs and great people always coming and going. I highly recommend this shop to any coffee, tea, or jazz enthusiast. ?

Dietary restrictions: They have oat milk, coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk, 2%, skim, and whole milk. All of the teas are gluten free certified as well as the Monin flavors for flavored coffee or Italian soda drinks. ?
