Zeal is one of our beloved local Spots for any meal - breakfast, lunch, or dinner - they are all amazing! However, I used Zeal to cater lunch for my wedding party on my wedding day while everyone was getting ready and their catering service was GREAT! The food was delicious, light, they were so easy to work with, ensuring our needs were met. 10/10 recommend using Zeal to help cater your next party!!

I spent $16 on barely a half a chicken breast and some mushy noodles. For that price it should be a whole chicken breast! Even there cold brew coffee was grainy and disgusting. I am disabled and on fixed income, so I ordered food for delivery. I was too sick to cook for myself. They should be ashamed.

Victory and this place is amazing. The food was fresh the service amazing and the atmosphere enjoyable. The sourdough bread tasted homemade, the best I’ve ever had. We enjoyed a juice flight as well. All fresh squeezed. Thank you all.

I had the Mac N cheese which was very tasty, though don't expect a non-vegan cheese flavor. I liked the small stripes of pesto and hot sauce on top. I added tofu for protein $4 extra but was disappointed with how little was given. A cube of tofu at a grocery store costs $2 for a 16 oz block. I got maybe 4 oz., so that was disappointing, not sure I'd add it again in terms of value/cost. I tried the cauliflower buffalo wings. There were also good in terms of texture and flavor but they were not warm at all. I was supposed to arrive 10 minutes later to pick up my to go order but I was staying at the hotel next door and decided to just come by early in case it was ready (I was quoted a 25 minute wait). The Mac n cheese was warm but the cauliflower wasn't. I also ordered the pumpkin cheesecake. The cruise and granola were delicious, but otherwise there was not much pumpkin flavor or creaminess to the cheesecake. It is a cold chunk and good sized slice.
We went to Zeal for a group birthday party dinner and it was fantastic! Every dish from appetizers through dessert was incredibly flavorful and crowd pleasing. Wade and the whole Zeal team created a warm, friendly environment. We will be back to Zeal on our next trip to Boulder!

Amazing vegan options! The tofu scramble was unique and delicious. And plenty for vegan kids, too! Our toddler LOVED the cashew mac. Thank you for having options!!
The atmosphere has a very casual laid back feel. There was a live musician playing outside, and the speaker funneled into the indoor space. The spinach dip was really good. We also had the cauliflower wings.
We would definitely visit again while in Boulder.
