I used to go to Zolo weekly with a friend on Tuesdays. We would order a margarita and share an entree. They would be flexible and they didn't mind that we were sharing. Sadly Zolo is closing this month. They didn't survive the pandemic and I will miss them. Thanks Zolo for many years in Boulder.

Really cute place, but not the best food. Couldn't finish my mushroom sandwich and my friends felt the same about their food. Avocado goddess dip was great though!

My zoom chicken salad came out without chicken! And missing another key ingredient. What??!! Wait staff was ? good

Average, simple, generic....none of these words apply to the flavors that I've experienced here thus far.So far all the menu items I've tasted were uniquely flavored and seasoned.I'm definitely coming back for more and looking forward to the post-pendemic menu expansion.

The salmon with veggies is a must!!! And the soup was amazing!!! I would go back there and order the same thing.

Loved what we ordered here for delivery. Great burger with a green chili, and pear salad, and chili relleno.

We love Zolo! The staff is terrific and the new menu is really great. My husband is a regular enchilada guy and my current favorite is the pear salad and the yam with apple chutney soup. What's really great too is the gluten free corn bread! They are super accommodating and caring to my dietary restrictions which really helps too. It's hard finding the place to feel Covid safe and have a local farmed meal. We've come here for years and like the changes they've made. Highly recommend!!

Just doesn't work for vegetarians. This is my third visit to Zolo's and each time I encounter uninspired dishes. I grade on the curve these days of Covid as I know it's hard to maintain staffing and keep the doors open with reduced business, so I'm thankful Zolo's is hanging in there---but still. Won't go back.

Zolo is a great spot for modern mexican food and tasty margaritas. Their staff is super friendly and the food is amazing. If you are around, make sure to stop on by. You won't regret it

I give this spot two thumbs up. The service here is great. The bill was decent for the quality.

This is a nice restaurant and they have great food. I had the enchiladas. They were fantastic. Husband loved the Chile Relleno. Great Service!!

The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because I found the menu selection to be very limited, there's only a couple entree options to choose from. They don't even have guacamole here, they have an avocado based goddess dip but it's not guac, more like a ranch avocado dip with chips. The food was very fresh and good but just not my style really of southwest/Mexican food. It would be nice if entrees were served with rice and beans and more options to choose from. Also I ordered a side of sour cream and it was never brought out.

The moment they brought out homemade gluten free cornbread with lightly sweetened honey smoked salt honey butter I knew it was going to be a great meal. I was right. Very creative dishes, and each one was delicious. Chicken enchilada with red and green chili has just the right amount of spice and not to cheesy. My friends ordered the tamales, salmon sandwich, veggie sandwich, and trout. Everyone left full and happy. The service was very good and the COVID protocol was done well. I'll definitely be back.

As a Long time patron of Zolo it was extremely disappointing to discover they changed their menu. Feeling very deflated we left after our appetizers.

We just dropped in for a couple drinks but it was a great place. Wonderful service, good drinks and safe outside seating.
