I’ve been here twice over the years, and it’s always nice to have a spot that opens early with vegan options. The food is fresh, comforting, and a great way to start the day in Breckenridge. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re looking for something casual but tasty in the morning.
What an absolute gem of a spot! First time to Breck and tried tons of coffee spots in town…Semplice definitely stood out! Friendly staff and great flavored coffee. Will definitely be back
Simple cafe serving coffee and breakfast burritos from a window. The only seating available is outside but this is the best way to start your day in Breckenridge. The burritos are top notch and the coffee is great.
