Best Sushi I've had in my entire life. People complaining about the discoloration of the rice have never had sushi made with Red Vinegar. This gives the sushi an amazing depth and flavor. The Sushi here has huge chunks of fish in it, and is super reasonably priced. (Especially for Breckenridge) Please understand this is a small, family owned establishment and many people make reservations in advance. Best sushi place in Breckenridge! Maybe anywhere! Little space but love its vibe. The owners are Japanese and prepare the sushi themselves. Home made soy sauce. Waiter was a cool attentive dude.
