I am so upset with how I was treated by the cashier girl that checked me out, my total was 30 bucks all I had was a 50 she made me walk around and ask for change. I had to go to 4 different stores to ask for change. The girl making my ice cream was left all alone to make all 4 of my medium sized ice cream, while everyone stayed in the back. The ice cream was amazing like always but I cried after leaving because I have already had a stressful day including leaving my purse on accident all the way in lakewood. All my kids and I wanted was to end our stressful day eating ice cream and I felt disrespected by the girl checking me out.

Came in the other day and most of the ice cream in the case was half melted. It wasn't a big deal since I wanted a milkshake, but the milkshake I ordered was not made correctly, and with what you pay for ice cream here you expect accuracy. Employee was nice enough.

Went in 2 hours before closing and store was staged to look closed and had barely half of the flavors available. I could understand if we went in last minute but come on 630pm on a Thursday night?! Disappointing.

Not very happy with this location. We placed an order for an ice cream cake on Monday and was told it would be ready today(Wednesday). When we called to confirm that it was ready they tell us they didn't make it because they didn't have the correct topping and they needed to speak to us about a different topping. They called from an 800# but didn't leave a message or call back info. And because we never picked up they decided that was enough for them to just drop the order completely. Really! Manager said if we would of just answered the phone and gave them what they needed we would of had a cake. I say screw you for that! Not going back to this location! Thanks for nothing, now I have to rush and find a cake elsewhere.

Had a very bad experience with the employees they gave me melted ice cream when I asked to get a new one or to trade it for a new flavor that wasn’t as melted they did not want to and did not want to give me a refund. If I pay more than 7 dollars for ice cream I expect it not to be melted. Don’t recommend going.

Air conditioner was not working. Thermostat read 91 degrees. Employees were sweaty and slow. They could not open the doors to air the place off. Ice cream is like soup its so hot in the building. Very poor management and working conditions. They should have been given a fan at least.

i went there and when i ordered my cookie dough ice cream i instead got pistachio ice cream and not only that, there were 10 toenails in my pistachio ice cream. when i went to the bathroom there were cockroaches in the toilet, i will not go here again and definitely do not reccomend.

I absolutely love this place, and I go here quite often. I am always treated so nicely and the staff is always so respectful. I am usually able to get in and out even when it's super busy! Yet there is some things that I see here and there that makes me question a few things. I will see some of the staff after doing something start rubbing their gloves on their shirts or their pants not even an apron but their normal shirts and pants. Or I will sometimes see one or two workers just leaning against counters or talking with each other not doing any work. Just those two things, but they still don't really sit right with me.
