My dad showed me what cold stone was and their ice cream was amazing
They are not good at mixing in the add ins. They barely crush the ingredients and hardly fold it. So it’s poorly distributed through out. Only 2 of the employees do it right. Whenever I don’t get them, I know I’m going to be disappointed. No one wants to bite into a whole Oreo and 2 halves of a Reese’s in one bite.
Not a great experience for me. Ordered the dubai chocolate gotta have it added strawberries and I asked the lady if I could have more pistachio and I only got a very small spoon amount for it and she seemed very annoyed I asked, told me it would cost extra and I said that was fine. Then she added like 3 strawberries to it... but I didn't feel like I could ask for more because she was clearly very upset. Even though I paid for that additional topping. Cold Stone Creamery is a friendly and professional restaurant, popular for after-dinner treats or hot days with kids. The ice cream is consistently delicious, especially during promotions. While the store seating and exterior could be improved, the staff are honestly doing as much as they can to be fast but also kind and patient with every customer. The customer service was amazing, and the whole staff was doing a really incredible job. The Manager Joe went above and beyond to make a situation better. The ice cream is pretty good too.
