Purchased a 12 piece family meal today. Ordered original chicken, corn, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and biscuits. We received “old” corn ( was hard and had no juices), hockey puck biscuits ( these had been microwaved multiple times). Chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw were ok. We didn't receive a receipt.
I doubt I’ll return and spend $40.00 for this junk food.
8 piece ordered was all wrong. went back to tell mgr. no mgr. there. wanted a refund $30. no mgr available. took food back next day in a lot rain, still no mgr.and door was locked 5pm. I wouldn't recommend this KFC and won't be back myself
I went to KFC last week up here in brighton Co. (this is one of the only KFC restaurants that I go to. chicken is always cooked correctly and always tase great. never had bad nor over cooked chicken here. ).
they mixed up my order, when I called them to let them know what had happened, with out any questions nor arguments, Mr Rob( manager) made it right. can't stress enough , how their costumer service is top notch here. from employees to their managers. I will definitely...read full review
