We have been driving by Lupita’s at the round about at Hwy 7 and Hwy 85 going into Brighton and wondering if it was good. It used to be The River Bottom.
Today we tried it for lunch and the items we had were good! The green chili was light, fresh and mild.
The lunch specials are a fair price at $9.25. We tried a #4 beef and bean burrito smothered in geek chili. A Chimichanga #28 was $9.50. They came with rice and beans. Also tried a crispy chili renello $3.50...read full review
