Possibly the slowest McDonald's in history l
Worst delivery I’ve ever had, and I order DoorDash frequently. They put no fries with the meal, no apple pies, snd no sauce. That many missing items is not an accident or a mistake it’s lazy and shows that whoever packed my food didn’t care. My order was place on Tuesday, April 22nd at 8:55pm. Hopefully the manger or someone can figure out who made my order.
The food is nasty and unsanitary. the reason the workers look miserable is because of the managers ! The GM Paulina Avila won’t be nice to you , unless you talk to her like you’re her friend . She’s always in the office on her phone while the staff is struggling. Yamiletz Beltran is always on her phone and is rude . Yami always gives out free food to her young guy friends from the other locations . Bad service and management . The managers make fake five star reviews themselves
We came through around ten thirty pm craving ice cream, and dq had just closed. We were half expecting them to tell us that they didn't have ice cream available. BUT! Although it was close to closing time, they still HAD ice cream and served us. 🙏 and THEN found us some apple pie when we asked for it at the window too. Great service ladies and gentlemen. Thank you. 😊
My experience was not satisfactory and I would like to complain. My order was placed accurately, however when it was delivered to me, it was not the item that I ordered. The employees were upset and gave attitude when I tried coming back to get the right item. To my disbelief, the workers acted as though I was the one who caused the blunder.
Literally the worst place to try and get food from!!! 0/10 complete crap customer service. The workers are absolutely clueless! Train your people ffs!!

The fries where old and they made us wait for our food a while when got it was greasey so bad it was sopping wet will never go back to this location
My food got swiped and somehow they made me out to be the criminal and were upset they had to remake my order? How about not letting just anyone take random orders without confirmation? Like you’re supposed to do. Not surprised cause it’s mc Donald’s and it’s fast food but would’ve been nice to be able to pick up my order and be on my way and instead I’m sitting here waiting for everyone to stop standing around and remake the order. Just sad and ridiculous.
Don't go here unless you wanna get ripped off and not get your full meal. I placed a mobile order and was in a rush to get to work. Had to wait for it, and it wasn't even complete. Was already on my way to work before I noticed.

The people here need a serious attitude check. Like we don’t need to have a conversation but like at least have some common courtesy to say hello, or have a good day. I’ll pay at the window and then they just slam the door. You’re management needs to look at who they hired :)
Everytime I go to this McDonald’s. My order is all messed up. Today I ordered a hot and spicy and instead got two pieces of bread with mayo in it. That’s all. Ordered a large fry. Got a small.
I ordered food in store on there kiosk. I got no receipt. Then went to pay for my order it took 5 minutes to pay. Then waited 10 more minutes for my order. I looked through and they forgot 2 double cheeseburgers. Replaced that fairly quickly. It took 20 minutes for a takeout order. I would have been fired 30 years ago if it took longer than 5 minutes for an order.
Food sucks … selling food that’s from day before workers act like they hate their job very rude when asked about problems with your order.. this is the worst Mcdonalds food and sorry ass attitudes !! Who runs this place ?? Because you suck at it obviously!! Get a job you like and are successful at cuz this is not it !!!
