Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We waited for 35 minutes in the lobby for our food!! And the staff were avoiding the lobby customers like the plague. The fries were good, but the chicken tenders were like fire starter logs - dry and ashy. I would have sent them back, but didn’t have another half hour in my schedule to wait for someone to accidentally walk up front and get caught like a deer in headlights before they could race to the back again. Seriously, you would be better off eating at the gas station next door. Don’t go. Don’t do it. You will be so sad, and really hungry.

Mateo is such a nice young man. He made sure my order was correct and when it wasn’t he brought me the correct order, smiled, and asked me to take my time and look through the bag. That is so rare at McDonalds in 2025. If Mateo isn’t a manager he should be! Such a nice employee.

My food was dropped on the floor … and the server laughed.

The service here is absolutely appalling. I ordered a filet-o-fish sandwich a couple of days ago. It took 15 minutes to get out, which is fine if it is fresh and hot. However, I never found out how the food was because right before the server placed in the takeout window, she dropped it on the floor. She called my order number and realized I watched it happen. She laughed, handed me the bag and then walked away without offering an apology or to make it again. I don’t eat food off the floor. I imagine you don’t either.

If that’s how they treat food in front of customers, I can’t even imagine what they do it in the kitchen where no one can see. There are a million McDonald’s in the world. Go elsewhere. Manager and staff clearly don’t care and find it funny to be disrespectful.

For sure one of the laziest and disrespectful staff at any McDonalds in town. they had about 10 employees and i got a take out ordered 2 spicys and fries everything was cold i went it for a bite and the chicken was cold and raw . the staff are lazy and don’t even know how to work or have good customer service this is the worse mcdonald’s. They always have a bad attitude and when they go in to hand you the food they throw it.

Took 20 minutes to get our order, burger buns were stale. Large fries were filled up a third of the way. I politely walked over to ask for new burgers. The manager was very rude about it. She seemed annoyed and overwhelmed. They gave me new burgers and the buns were still stale and gross

Ordering sign says sausage egg McMuffins are buy one get one for a dollar. Pulled up to the window and was told it only applied to sausage McMuffins. Yall need to change your sign

I’m pretty disappointed with the service lately. I came in yesterday to grab food for my kids and my dad, and part of the order was missing. Mistakes happen, so I waited a little longer and let it slide. But today, I went back and not only was half my order missing, the rest was completely wrong. At this point, it’s just frustrating. I didn’t bother complaining to the young managers on duty because it doesn’t seem to make a difference. So here I am — leaving my feedback here. Do better, McDonald’s.
