I made an online order. Get there had to wait 15 minutes and didn’t even start my order. I asked 2 employees and they saw me just waiting without making my order. What’s the point of doing an online order when they tell you a time it’s ready, you go there and still have to wait 15 minutes.

Most of the time when I order for pickup it's perfect but every other order were missing something from a chip bag to one of our bowls. We can go in there and they fix it thankfully but just check all your food is there just incase.
