We used to enjoy coming to this bar, but we’re incredibly disappointed after tonight. When we went to pay our tab, my husband—who is a veteran—had trouble seeing the tip amount on the receipt. Instead of offering help, the bartender threw her glasses at him and said, “Here you go, now can you see?” He was trying to leave a 30% tip like we always do.

The Sandbox has a great atmosphere with friendly and fun people! Cheap drinks, good food with a large menu, and pool tables- doesn’t get much better than that!
