Taco Bell in Brighton

“6:42pm after Thanksgiving, I did not catch the guys name at the window but he had glasses on he was so so kind and patient. Brighton needs more workers like him to work. Being kind is free and doing your job right is not that hard. Brighton has the worst customer service ever so I try my hardest to leave reviews for the ones that do a great job.“

“I went to taco bell today and ordered a few itmes. Everything was good, or so I thought. I got my bag and took off.
I didn't look to see if I'd received all my items until I got home. All our food was in there with the exception of my daughter's cinnamon twists. She ate her dinner asked where her treat was and I didn't have them. I called and spoke to Alma. I asked if I could go later(after we all finished eating) to get the twists. I went back through the drive thru and explained what happened and who I spoke to.
I pulled up to the window and was given my bag of cinnamon twists. They gave me 3. The one I ordered and I guess 2 extra for the inconvenience. So thank you for the extra sweets. My little one was excited and was happy I didn't take any of hers(mom tax lol iykyk). I think Alexander was the one who took my order. There was curly blonde haired guy working the window. ✨️
I was eating a few on the drive back so thats why one of them looks a bit empty. ?“

“I know my way around Taco Bells in the region and this one by far is the best. I ordered through the tablet kiosk in the dining/waiting area of the restaurant. It looks like there was only 2 people working and man, were they effective! My order was in my hands faster than all other Taco Bells in Brighton, Commerce City, and Belle Creek/Henderson. Did I mention the back was run with 2 people!!
Friendly!! Are those 2 people as well! I'm happy to have found this Taco Bell and I'll frequent it as long as those wonderful 2 people work there.
Oh, The food was fine. I mean, it's still Taco Bell.“
