This place used to be good, now it's trash. twice now they have messed up big time. we ordered a ton of food for our large family..9 of us and they forgot my rolled tacos. Called and called and they never answered the phone. We live in Hudson so mot super close to just go back. Today I decided to give them another shot. Went to the drive thru and ordered a carne asada burrito. They have me bean and cheese, how do you mix those 2 up?
Horrible place! Please try to avoid this place if you're able. I see the same problem with other customers. It was late night so I went to Taco Palace in Longmont to get some food and when I got home I noticed an item missing so I decided to give them a call since it was the second time for me. I was not looking for a refund only to let them know so they can pay attention. I called and requested a manager but no manager was available at any location.

This place has got to have the worst customer service and employees who need to take a 4 week class of English if it can’t be spoken.
