Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. This was at Oxmoor Center location. We ordered 2 drinks and they messed them both up. I drank 1/2 of mine before I realized it , but my daughter’s was maybe 1/4 gone I took them both to the counter to explain what happed and they refused to even fix one drink. She had asked for no boba because she doesn’t like it and they put it in hers and left it out of mine. So I accidentally drank hers thinking it was mine with the boba....read full review
Tried it once and it was awful. So awful that the Mishawaka location was threatening the better-selling Icy Bar kiosk to the point it got shut down. I will never go here, and you shouldn't either.

Worst tea I ever tried. It was absolutely disgusting, I had to throw it out. Waste of money. The manager is also very unprofessional, the stuff seem like they could care less about being there. They are super slow even when there was no body else in line or waiting. I understand now why this place always has no line.
