Durbar Nepalese And Indian Bistro

FYI this place is no longer Durbar. It is under new ownership and will be changing names. It is a shame that they didn't tell us this when we went it. I have been going to Durbar for 5 years and have loved it. I love Indian and Nepalese food and have have had Chicken Tikka Masala from probably 20 different restaurants in the Denver area. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala like I always do at what I thought was Durbar and it was without a doubt the worst CTM I have had in the last 25 years. It was terribly smokey and was dominated by a black licorice flavor from star anise which. The chef came out and talked to us and told us they had bought it from the previous owners. I wish these guys luck and I really hope they figure out their menu but for now I would not recommend this place to anyone that is expecting the the delicious food that they are used to from Durbar.

Best Indian and Nepali food in Broomfield area.Service is top notch.

Food was excellent, good price, great service. I had the oven baked salmon, it came out on a bed of lightly spiced fresh veggies sizzling on the hot oven plate. Yum!!

Food so good that a family of 6 with 3 loud kids couldn't diminish it. I have had all kinds of Indian food lately. From what I could see at adjacent tables this place is above average. I went solely to try Nepalese food and I loved it.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m genuinely grateful to this restaurant for making my daughter’s Paasni ceremony so special. I booked both the venue and catering through them, and everything was absolutely flawless. The food was delicious—every guest truly enjoyed it and had nothing but praise. Their service and quality made the whole event smooth and memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend their food and hospitality. Thank you for making our celebration so wonderful—every penny was truly worth it.

I loved the food and the place. Chicken steamed momos, jhol momos, and chilli veg momos were soooooo good. Tasted awesome and so homely. Also, amazing service. :) Would love to visit again if I’m ever in Broomfield.
