BEST SUSHI PLACE AROUND! English & Spanish speaking! Host and wait staff were very friendly. Cooks were also very friendly. Sushi was very comparable to Big City, maybe even better. Will continue to eat there until we try everything on the menu!

I love only having to go to Brush for quality sushi you expect to only get in places like Denver. Consistently serving 5 star sushi in a small town like Brush is hard to come by. This restaurant is a true treasure to have in Northeast Colorado!

I’ve been to so many different sushi places and Victor’s is still my favorite. I haven’t had a single thing I didn’t like. Must try the fried jalapeños, sashimi, hangover roll, everything is good no lie. They are so friendly and I would eat here way more if I could.
