I showed up at the Salida location, and there was a line about 7 people deep. There is a barista by the name of Priscilla who was running a one-person show like there were three of her. You seldom see people with her amazing customer service and work ethic. She made sure every customer was warmly greeted and received their order as fast as possible, and it was fast with just a one-person show. People like Priscilla are what make the difference in the success or failure of a business. Well done, Priscilla! I trust your owners will reward you for making their company so great!!

After a long road trip I can honestly say this is the best coffee between Aspen and Colorado Springs. The service is excellent, our baristas were able to recommend the perfect coffee for both my wife and I. The place was clean, and had a great farm sheek feeling. A big thank you to Nathan and Taylor for the best coffee shop experience for over 300 miles. We will be going back and recommending fellow coffee lovers do the same.

Ive come here now twice. And the two times I came which the second time was a few days ago was this older lady was sitting out back doing shooters and when she came in like 5 min later didnt even wash her hands and when I was still waiting I saw her name is Carolanne. She was acting weird and seemed to be intoxicated not just from the two shooters I saw her doing. She seemed very irritable when I asked for a boba straw when she handed me my granita which she forgot to give me. I dont know if I feel comfortable ever coming back if this is the employees they allow to work here and be intoxicated just isn't professional whats so ever. Please do better.

The coffee was amazing! And they offer boys of coffee for purchase too. The Gluten free pumpkin chocolate chip bar was ok, it tasted of pumpkin, was just sweet enough, however it didn’t hold its form. It was quite crumbly.

A busy, local cafe, selling fantastic chicken salad sandwiches for $12 each, which is a fair price for the huge portion. The bread is fresh and crisp, with tons of well-seasoned chicken salad. They had a variety of boba which pleased my sister, and she got the strawberry granita with popping boba, which was sweet but good.
However, the tiramisu fell among some of my favorites ever - it was the perfect balance of sweet and bitter, with a rich creamy filling and a nicely contrasting cocoa powder on top.
