Had dinner here the night before my daughter ran an Ultramarathon in Canon City. Pizza is her pre-race dinner. We shared a large Spicy Hawaiian. Wow! From the toppings to the crust it was really very good. And the server was so friendly and efficient. And did I mention that we had LOTS of leftovers as the portions are very generous.
Lovely evening here. Great pasta, friendly service, good value for money. Should have split the meal between the two of us. More than enought to go round.
Omgosh!!!! This was undoubtedly the best pizza we’ve ever had! There was nothing wrong with it. Cooked to perfection without burning the crust. I rarely eat the crust just because it’s mostly too hard, not this! It was perfect! No need to ask for extra cheese either. The garlic bread was fresh and without compare as well. Ordered cheesecake to go as we were stuffed. Our server was just as friendly and outgoing as we’ve ever had
So happy we found this place. We were part of a group of 10, and didn't decide on the restaurant until the last minute (found it online that day), so showed up during lunch (on a Friday) unannounced. The staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome as they made a spot for us. The food was outstanding. Spaghetti, Gnocchi, Pizza, Calzone - everything was really good. Service was excellent. Wish we would have been there for dinner as well.
I was calling the restraint resently, inquiring about having a group of 14 people in our party. I asked the rude person in the phone if they did reservations. She said in a sarcastic and snooty way, "We don't do reservations." I eat there quite a bit, and I liked the good there, I 'be also seen reservations for large groups there and I was a large group there one time. If the woman who answered with the snooty dispassionate and non personable attitude with a rude and no manners disposition on phone or in person works there. I would rather go somewhere else. I always thought that your restraunt had descent people working there,I will not return there with my family or any of my clients.
Went on a Tuesday for dinner. Said about a 20-25 min wait. We decided to go into the bar. They were having Karaoke night. My partner who is picky about his calzones said his smothered calzone was the best calzone he’s ever had and he has hundreds across the states. It’s a cute place worth trying if you are in the area.
We stopped in for lunch after a geocaching walkabout. Mr. had the penne with meatballs & red sauce and I had the New York calzone -ricotta, sausage, and salami with their green chile sauce. Took the tiramisu to go. Reasonably priced, friendly service and excellent food.
We were in the middle of our road trip home after 4 days of skiing in keystone. We stopped in Canon City, just to stay the night, we arrived there around 6pm and decided to go to Di Ritos for dinner. They close at 8pm , although there was a 20 minute wait at 7, they still welcomed us. Our server,Paityn B, was nice, quick, and checked on us often. The food was good the servings are quite large but there are options to get a half size. However, there is no kids menu. The whole staff was very welcoming, it was St. Patrick’s day and everyone was out late and the staff still welcomed in people after their closing hour. The prices were reasonable. All in all the staff was nice the food was great and it’s nice for a quick road trip stop!
We try to make it at least twice a month. They are extremely busy, but the food is outstanding. Wait staff is always friendly and this place is worth a visit. They have call ahead seating which I highly recommend.

We ate at DiRito" in late August on a Friday night. The place is very popular so there was a 20 minute wait. We both had a past dish with a house salad. The pasta was cooked just right, but the sauce, while tasty had a spicy flavor. So this is very different for us. I think the spicy flver is a locag thing and is traditional with the the Italian traditions in that area.
Ordered pizza it was definitely overcooked and very very dry it seems like that's been that way lately The only reason I go there is because I have a gift certificate
Surprisingly good meal. Actually had better green chili than other local establishment we tried. "Larrymundo" Calzone was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Marinara sauce home made and as good as any I've had. Friend enjoyed Marinara pasta dish.
Our waitress was very friendly and reserved the last piece of lasagna for me. I had the delicious lasagna and spaghetti with meatball. We also had the tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert. The food portions were generous and the price was inexpensive.
This is the cutest little cafe. The food was AMAZING! Everyone in our group had something different and everyone loved everything.
