“We were in town and decided we all wanted long bone ribeyes for Saturday night dinner on our last night in colorado. I did some research and found a beautiful long bone ribeye at this restaurant. screen shot provided. we got there and were told they didnt do long bones anymore. The only steak on the menu was a 10 Oz demonico covered in a salad and parm and onions. I ordered a special giant burger with chicken, bacon and BBQ on it. looked great but the chicken was cold and the bacon was raw. Portions were huge but very poorly cooked. The server did offer to reheat the chicken and bacon off of the burger... by the time that happened, the rest would have been cold... I declined and had it put into a to go box for my dog. It was suitable for her.“
