What a fantastic find. We had the spicy Hawaiian pizza. At first, I thought jalapeño and pineapple would be a strange combination, but it was good on the spot and as a leftover. Salads were good also. Place was clean and EVERYONE working there was awesome. Definitely will be back.
This food is amazing!!! I had the trout and it came on a huge plate filled with delicious vegetables and a wonderfully light arugula salad that was AMAZING!!! I’m particularly impressed with the last item on the menu (see photo). A chef willing to customize for dietary restrictions after a conversation is unheard of.

Definitely found a very nice, delicious place to have lunch or dinner or even just a little snack while in Canon City Colorado doing shopping and other activities.. Located on Historic Main Street is a friendly place where I don't know which is better the food or the people.. Brandon is very knowledgeable about the history of the building and Alissa is one of the best servers I've had the pleasure of meeting in a long time.. Attentive but not hovering and accommodating..
