I really like coffee shops like City On A Hill, from the moment you open the door you feel a warm inviting sensation, it’s always nice to see a group of veterans that have probably been meeting together since before I was born for morning coffee and fellowship. The barista that took my order was kind and helpful! Also the espresso was quite tasty.
Nice little coffee shop I stopped by while passing through Cañon City today. Espresso roast tastes alright in an Americano, around medium-light roasted. I think espresso dialing in needs some work, as the shot tasted pulled fast (weak), and I think some of the roundness of the shot got lost. Service and and atmosphere is amazing!
