We were in town and decided we all wanted long bone ribeyes for Saturday night dinner on our last night in colorado. I did some research and found a beautiful long bone ribeye at this restaurant. screen shot provided. we got there and were told they didnt do long bones anymore. The only steak on the menu was a 10 Oz demonico covered in a salad and parm and onions. Casual dining in a cool historic building. The food is very good.
We had Fremont cater our wedding in Guffey last month. They did an amazing job. The food was fantastic and affordable for the service they provided. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Highly recommend. Special shout out to the cooks. Thanks for making our day even more special.
