Second time this has happened used drive up. Was shorted on food 1st time just a piece missing second time months later ordered 8 piece received 5 wings A leg and a breast was never told they were short at drive up. When I returned to explain to manager she said we were short on white meat she made up for loss but still other food was cold now and wasted gas this was at Canon city Feb 2024
Waited about 20 minutes in line in the drive thru which wasn’t bad at all considering there was a lot of cars in front of me. Food came out fast and fresh. Friendly person working the drive thru.
We enjoyed KFC yesterday. Service was very good, the wait for our food was 5 minutes or less, and our food was delicious! Awesome experience, we will be back. Keep up the good work.
