Was in town for the holiday, and this bakery quickly became a party of our morning routine. Tripped together baked goodies every visit and couldn't find one thing to recommend over another, we absolutely enjoy everything we tried! We look forward to our next visit, now that we know of this place, it is definitely a must to, and plan to go early, they typically sell out of items by the end of the morning. Keep it up 3 B's!

Massive shout-out to Renée at 3Bs Bakery! Asked for a special tres leches request on a Friday for Saturday. She delivered magic. The cake was incredibly moist, perfectly sweet, and flawlessly textured. It blew my mind. This bakery is a treasure. Incredible craft, even better service. If you want the best, go here, best bakery in Carbondale, hands down. They care, they deliver, and they absolutely are perfect!

These owners and staff at this place are down right AMAZING! I called in a panic when my fiancé’s pie that I ordered for his birthday got canceled. After a quick Google search I called this bakery after hours and left a voicemail begging if they could make a pie same day. They promptly called the next day and said they could fit in. When my sister arrived to pick up she said the staff was so friendly and got to thank the baker. They even added sprinkled. They saved the day and the pie was to die for! Highly recommend.

Best cookies in the valley (maybe the state!) the owners are present and always smiling. They take great care of locals and visitors alike. The best part is the dog treats they bake, my little champion is absolutely obsessed with them. If we are anywhere near them he drags me like he is Togo the sled dog to the door. Need an awesome cake? Cupcakes? Brownies or cookies!? This is the spot.

I swear these are the best cookies my partner and I have ever eaten! Love the salted chocolate chip and the cookies and cream. The daily specials are awesome (Wednesday is now my cookie day). Plus everyone is really friendly. Highly recommend!

Ordered 3 dozen cupcakes for my baby shower and not only were they the most adorable cupcakes ever but they were the most delicious cupcakes we have ever had. Lauren took the time to match the cupcake design to my highland cow theme for the shower and created the exact flavors I dreamed of with my favorite flavor almond, vanilla with raspberry compote filling, and German chocolate (they were all insanely good). They meant so much to me and really added a special touch to the party. Communication was amazing, and her and the staff at 3 Bs provided unparalleled customer service. Cannot recommend this place enough. Also stop in for one of her cookies or almond pastries.
