Unfortunately, we encountered a VERY rude and condescending server. He was a short, thin white male with scuffy looking facial hair, a ponytail and curly blonde hair. I'd mention his NAME but, when I asked what his name was, he ignored me and walked away. When I asked him a SECOND time, he continued to ignore me and walk away.

Brass Anvil is a restaurant where the food is delicious and offers a quality dining experience. The steaks are good, and the rainbow trout is seasoned perfectly, with the trout on the skillet being very elegant. Shareables are worth trying, including the Cornbread Muffin, Bison Meatballs, and Pork Mac n Cheese, all of which are tasty. The Cuban Special is also very filling, while the Ryno Burger features two delicious patties. The grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup brings a nostalgic feeling, especially with added bacon. The Maple Butter cake with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar ice cream is a must-try for dessert. The ambience is comfortable and the atmosphere is great and lovely. The service is exceptional, with attentive staff who work hard to please. The host sat us quickly without a wait. The bartender did a great job with wine and food recommendations. The service group is great. A visit to Brass Anvil will surely leave a lasting impression and make one want to return for more delicious food and great beer.
