Very disappointed in our dining experience. Treated as if we were in a diner not a nice restaurant! Before we were even done eating, waitress came by to inquire about dessert and placed bill on the table. We sat down for a relaxed meal before 5:30. There were few tables occupied. No coffee or other hot beverage was offered. And, one waitress was training another waitress. I felt compelled to write the manager a note. The response was unsatisfactory lip service.
The inside of the restaurant was cool with myself and other patrons wearing their coats. I asked if they could turn up the temperature. Waitress said she would ask someone to adjust the thermostat. While we were there, it remained cold.
As to the food, the 16 oz Delmonica bison was tasty but seemed less than 16 oz. I've dined at this restaurant 3x in the past 4 months appreciating that they offer grass fed, local meats. Perhaps my emails to the manager will spark some improvements in service and ambiance.

Hit or miss which is why it gets a three. Wish it was consistent. You'll have a great time and great food followed by sub par food and experience.
The Cuban Special was very filling. The Ryno Burger was 1/2 pound burger, 2 patties, and was delicious. The grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup was perfect for the nostalgia feeling of being a kid, adding bacon to it enhanced the nostalgia feeling. And the trout on the skillet with the vegetables was very elegant. Jason our server was very attentive and on point. 10/10 highly recommend.

One of the few restaurants in carbondale I hadn't been too and I went on Labor day with the family and it was awesome. A little pricey but everything was so good. We will definitely we coming back. The brunch burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had.
