Great place to grab a quick breakfast or lunch. Also serving up delicious espresso and lattes. I would highly recommend the Sausage and egg wrap with the salsa to dip and also the RUBEN is to die for and has a delicious purple cabbage that is unlike anything you can get around here! So tasty. Wonderful service but it closes at noon and sometimes sells out so you have to arrive early!

The best sandwiches in town, great people, good snacks and coffee. Just gotta plan or call ahead if you are wanting a noon lunch as they sell out often.

Tiny but mighty: Granetta Panini offers one of the most amazing breakfast spots in the Roaring Fork Valley. Handcrafted to order, delicious breakfasts and sandwiches, made with heart, and totally worth the wait.

I was turned on to this place from a local who said they had the best sandwiches, he was right!I was visiting Carbondale for a week and stopped here several times. The bread is amazing. The bagels are probably the best I've had, the jalapeno cheese and cinnamon raisin were my fav.Sandwich wise I went for the sopris and it was excellent. The bread really makes it and the fruit chutney spread is wonderful. Finally, the granola bar made an excellent dessert. It's moist and flavorful. The two ladies running this place are super sweet and you can tell they really care about the quality of what they produce.

This is a lovely little gem of a place, one of my weekly haunts when I lived in the area. Things sell out quickly, so be sure to call or order online first thing.

I can't say enough about Fiona and Sophia and their little spot. If you're looking for the fastest spot in town, go to McDonald's in Glenwood. If you want tasty homemade food and amazing coffee served with a smile, this is the spot for you. I am a regular for those reasons. I think the one star review below was just a misunderstanding, as this is truly a great spot for locals and visitors alike.

I had a terrible experience. The place is supposed to be some world class bakery - but they told me I could only order the wrap, not a sandwhich. Then 3 people came after me, ordered sandwhiches, got them. When I asked why I couldn't have a sandwhich (I assumed they were out before) she told me it would take too long. I asked for my coffee black and it was half empty. I get the feeling the owner working there didn't want to serve me properly because I wasn't a local, which is funny because she had a British accent. You can eat pretty much anywhere in Carbondale and get a better experience. The wrap? It was mediocre. The coffee tasted great, but I was given less than half a small cup. Oh I think I figured it out: my car has Texas license plates (although I live in CA) and my friend from here asked if I parked in clear view to the person serving me. I did. Apparently that's a thing.
