I really enjoy the food they serve here, the carne asada is really delicious and savory and the drinks served at the bar are exquisite. The servers are always kind, attentive and have a smile on their face. There is one issue on the other hand, the restaurant is always uncomfortably hot and humid every time I visit. I've asked the servers on several occasions if they could turn on the a/c and they always insist that it is currently running. I hope the dining room will be better ventilated with cool air the next time I visit. That small detail is the only bad experience I've had and I would give the restaurant five stars if not for that inconvenience.

Bartender lame, food sucked. 1 taco Ala cart $13.50. No beans no rice.The shredded beef is so tough, can't eat it.
Marg's suck. Main ingredient of their Salsa is ketchup. This was happy hour!
Never again, that's it were done. Why can't Mexican restaurants be good in Carbondale... do they think we are stupid?

I was here after exploring the Crystal Mill area. Food and ambiance was great. My server Francisco was very attentive too.
I would definitely recommend it and will come back whenever I'm in the area again.

I highly recommend Jalisco Grill! Delicious dishes that are never served cold and the service is excellent. The waitresses are always on top of your needs and always have a big smile on their faces. The drinks are excellent as well, always made with freshly squeezed juice and exquisite preparation. The food portions are also very plentiful and will leave you very satisfied. Mi favorite dish from Jalisco is the Carne Asada platter, I would recommend you give it a try as well.

I went to eat here for the first time because I like Mexican food, but I had an awkward moment. The waitress didn't understand what I was ordering. Language is a problem for her.

I didn't like the service, one of the waitresses had her hair loose, and there was hair in my food, it was very unpleasant, I don't recommend it.

Terrible food, I’ll take Taco Bell over this a thousand times and I’m from Mexico… reconsider life please
