Not what it used to be. ordered takeout service they said 35 minutes, it was over an hour and five minutes to get my food. Ordered three rolls and a carton of soup almost $60. With two of the rolls, the pieces were less than the diameter of a quarter big time rip off.

The pad thai was delicious and made vegan by removing egg and adding tofu. Enjoyed the nice atmosphere too.

I've yet to have a good experience at Ming's. Never get carry-out, they've messed up our order multiple times. The most recent time, they gave away our order to the wrong person so we had to wait twice as long as they remade it. Then at home, we noticed we were missing three items. We called immediately, asking if they would refund the missing items since we live 15 minutes away reminding them that we had to wait while they remade the food. They said we'd have to call back when a manager's on duty. I've yet to connect with a manager so no refund has been provided for the missing food.

Sashimi yellowtail ponzu prepared perfectly, a deliciously flavored Hot & Sour soup with impeccable consistency with just the right amount of tang, amazingly elevated Pad Thai and I cannot recommend the House Lo Mein enough, seriously, get it.

The combo is filled with succulent shrimp cooked impeccably, tinder chicken, yummy veggies. They must be cooking them individually it seems because the cook time for each is different, yet each is cooked perfectly.
In short: it's delicious!

The noodles are even soaked with flavor! Every slirp was a flavor explosion.

They have really fun drinks as well to check out and their house hot saki is a smooth and pairs perfect with a Kirin lite.

I'm not in this area often, but it is definitely worth the drive, even as a focal point of your trip.
If you go with friends, all their apps are great, and while those alone would be a enough food, the actual dishes are very large and also easily sharable. Ask for a few small plates to share.

Lastly, the team there is really professional and genuinely kind.
Our waiter, appologies for not getting his name, was polite, attentive and very educated with their dishes which is a HUGE sign that the owners care about quality and ambiance.

As a world traveler, I have to say, this place is definitely worth the jaunt.

Our experience was transcendent. Long gone are the days of bad strip mall Chinese food. This food was EXCELLENT. Modern dining experience with FANTASTIC service from our waiter CAEDEN. Viral sensations like bubble waffles and Vietnamese coffee stole the show. The PORK BUNS were to die for. Prices were very fair. This is what a dining experience should be.

Hands down has to be the best spring rolls i have ever had, and i have tried a l o t of springs rolls.
Their rolls are a hit or miss, they don’t have traditional rolls so you’ll have to try them to find out the taste. On the pricier side but we are in the valley so what can you expect.

Parking: easy parking!

The food was good and the atmosphere was very nice. It’s in a great location in town, and was an easy walk from our B&B. The service here, like I find in a lot of places these days, was very lackluster. I relish going someplace where I don’t feel like I'm bothering the wait staff and that they're actually happy to take care of you.

We went here on a recommendation from family and the food was amazing! The wait for a table didn't bother us because Glenwood springs is a cool town. The staff was really friendly. Portions were huge and the flavors were perfect.

I ordered a beef pho ! Was ok but
The double the price and cut in haft the portion.
Just a little noodle
and the meat was not cut thinly, but rather a thick piece hard to eat .

Their website may say they’re open for lunch until 3 but beware they stop offering that menu at 2 on the dot despite that being stated nowhere on their website.
