Nice clean little establishment with super friendly staff. Had the Black Pepper Beef lunch special with the Vietnamese Spring Rolls. Delicious and fresh tasting. Traveling through for work, but would definitely recommend and would definitely eat here again if I was ever in Carbondale again.

The food, atmosphere and staff are outstanding. We ate here pre Covid and wasnt sure they were still in business but they were and we are so GLAD! we traveled 4 hours to visit Glenwood and would travel that distance every day to eat at Mings!!! The servings are very generous...we will have a delightful snack of the left overs later..five stars and then some!!!!

Got the pho and the green curry. The green curry had a flavorless taste to it like it was watered down. It looks like food dye green too not just regular green. The pho was alright, they added massive chunks of onions into it and the jalapeños were oddly thick as well. Maybe their other food is better? Too expensive for how boring this was.

Online Menu is not updated. We ordered and then got charged $15 extra from what the menu stated, for a Steak and "Jumbo" scallops that were not jumbo at all. I understand that maybe presentation is better when dining in, but our take out order was not worth the $60 for the 2 plates we bought.Place looks amazing and it seems like people like it but service needs attention. Overall 3.5 /5
Ming's has been a solid fusion Asian restaurant in Carbondale for many years, serving up good food at reasonable prices. The sushi chefs are knowledgeable and skilled, working with fresh deliveries each day.

We've had hit or miss, lately more misses, with service and food. Late orders, wrong orders' type a thing. Their sushi is excellent and it's the only reason we keep going back (there is a better Asian food option in DT Carbondale). The only Thai food I order no matter where we go in the US is Pad Thai, usually with 1 or 2 stars for spiciness. As of 12-2023, Ming's starts their Pad Thai spice level at a 3. So if you order a 1 or 2, you're really ordering a 4 or 5. Meaning prepare for fire... so unpleasant that I've needed to send it back once in the restaurant, and return another takeout order from home the next day. The last time I ate there, I asked about this since it was still seared in my memory. That's when we were given the explanation... it does not have to be that way, and it makes zero sense! So recapping, if you want good sushi, go there. If you want Pad Thai, go downtown.

Food was perfectly seasoned and the service was fast and courteous. The place is clean and the so are the bathroom. I’m so glad we came here—so satisfying. My husband agrees. He go the Maki combo and I got the vegetable combo. We both tried the miso soup and the seaweed salad. All wonderful!!
