The pizza was excellent and if they only sold that one item things would be great. We also ordered 2 orders of chicken wings which were so overcooked they may have well have been prepared by a taxidermist. Wings were so dried out, my husband cut his lip open just trying to eat one. It was a bloody mess. They put the wrong sauces on the wings as well as dressings, and the celery sticks were two tiny yellow off-shoots usually tossed into the garbage. The Greek Plate again had such dried out bits of lamb I could have sewn them if I had holes on the bottom of my shoes. They forgot to add the pita bread to the order so by the time we got back to the hotel it was too late to go back. You may want to check your order before leaving the premises and make sure you have water nearby so when you start to choke from the over-cooked meats you can save yourself from going to the hospital.

I really enjoy the food and service when I go to New York Pizza! They have some great pizza with some unique toppings and their chicken tenders with their vast selection of sauces are excellent! The are always adding new sandwiches and items to the menu/specials to keep their guests happy & satisfied! Their bar atmosphere is fun and their beer selection & custom mixed drinks are also on point!I was raised in the Valley and grew up going to the different pizza places in Carbondale, I can say as a local that NY Pizza has been a great addition to the town! Also the service has always been on point with people you can tell really care about creating delicious food and have fun while offering great service. Next time you’re craving a restaurant with a lot of different options to choose from and want a fun atmosphere, check out NY Pizza! You’ll become a happy regular too! (:

The environment is very fun and friendly and great for a Friday casual beer with friends. I went in with a large group of friends and we were able to all sit in one table and just relax. The food was amazing, I had the chicken tenders and they were the best I’ve had in a long time. My husband has the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the best part about it was the bread, it was toasted to perfection. Overall the staff were very friendly and the food was pretty fast to come out. Definitely recommend for a Friday night to relax and have a good start to the weekend.
