Omgosh this place is so cute! The empanadas were SO good. The crust was flaky, and idk how to describe it but tender. Melt in your mouth. I got the spicy beef and chicken and they were delicious. The gentleman serving us was so sweet! Definitely wanna come back!

Very calming the food was sooo good !! The person working at the time was so sweet and I tried chai for the first time and omg I’m shocked how good it is I would def recommend!! Btw I got the tiramisu I was too full to try yet but it looks good the chai oatmeal drink I forgot the name but was so creamy and yummy and the chocolate fudge was just how I like it !!

Alta Empanada is a hidden gem and unique place in Castle Pines, located near the library. It is a warm and welcoming coffee shop and restaurant specializing in Argentinian savory pies, empanadas, and desserts. The food is amazing, incredible, and delicious, with an amazing assortment of sweet pastries and savory items. These include empanadas, a tarta, mango pie, and pumpkin pie, plus vegetarian, vegan, and spinach options. The homemade chimichurri and other sauces are delicious and recommended. The coffee drinks, teas, beer, and wine are exceptional and pair beautifully with the food. The prices are surprisingly low for the high quality. The environment is laid back and well appointed. It is a very tasty and on point experience.
