The best craft beer in castle rock. The atmosphere is incredible. The service is fast. They also have a delicious pizza truck on select days. Highly recommend this brewery over any other brewery in Castle Rock. The owner Eric is a phenomenal guy and will guarantee a good time. Check them out!!
Best brewery in Castle Rock, possibly even in the Denver area. What I love about 105 is that they try a wide variety of Pilsners and Lagers instead of just pumping out a bunch of IPAs. Anyway who knows anything about brewing knows that IPAs are super easy to make. I could probably crank out a decent one in my bathtub. But Lagers are much tricker and harder to hide any imperfections.

Without a doubt the BEST beer and the most AMAZING pizza. Sampled a lot of beers at Oktoberfest, and enjoyed 105 the most. This is always our go-to place for a fun and relaxing time.
