I love Arby's so I am biased. But this place does a good job at Arby's stuff. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys Arby's, roast beef sandwiches, curly fries, etc. I am also very partial to the horsey sauce.

Update… the owner sent me a link to reach out to them… I’ve posted the link to nowhere! lol they don’t want to make changes. They just post this automated response to make it look like they want to make things right. It’s the same as having our “survey/comments/suggestions” go straight to the trashcan. Again…. Management, Do better.

Ordered Door Dash… train your staff to know when the fountain drinks need changed. The Powerade tasted like 98% water with a splash of blue. No way someone saw that and thought it was okay. It took 20 minutes to recognize the order from submitting it on the app. The fries were cold/soggy as if they pulled it out of a dirty clothes hamper. Would it have been hard to throw the fries back into the hot oil to make them taste like they were fresh since your lazy staff didn’t want to make new fries? I tried calling up there to tell them to change the Powerade and the phone gives a disconnected tone after first ring. Probably a bunch of teens up there that don’t care. Management, do better.

Arby's Plays Favorites,Starves Some of it's workers,denying them any food the whole shift,sometimes even after their shift and speaks negative about employees behind their backs,the GM is very rude,narcissistic and needs to be replaced. This is not acceptable and those employees deserve better than this!

I haven't been to Arby's in a very long time. I think fast food is overpriced (it was $13 for a sandwich, medium fries and drink), but the meal was very good and I was full after eating everything. The meat on the sandwich was very good (I got a beef sandwich with jalapenos, some kinda limited time thing). It was all very tasty and the staff was very nice.

Went and got the 2 for 7$ beef and cheddars. The quality is not there, ie, not much cheddar. Also, the 2 sandwiches are different from each other. One was thicker than the other. They certainly looked NOTHING like the ads on TV. Arby's is out for me!

An employee by the name of Nico C. was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Literally have never been disrespected or spoken to the way he spoke to me. Needs to be fired immediately!

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had with an Arby’s. The whole interaction started off badly because whoever was taking my order clearly was doing something else and wasn’t actually listening to what I said. I had to repeat information I had just said several times and kept getting interrupted. Then, when I pull up to get my food, I get told I would need to pull around because an item, that I did not order, wasn’t ready yet. When I ask for a refund because I did not order and did not want that item, the person (I believe the manager) that came to process the refund was very rude to me because I did not know the size of the item that I did not order. Then I realize that I did not receive an item that I did order, and had paid for. But at that point I was so done with interacting with the employees that I did not want to return to deal with it. I do not recommend this location.

The roast beef was very salty. Could not finish it. Most of the time is pretty good. Just an off day.

Ordered a #2 last nite, well to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The fry’s were cold and underdone, the sandwich was cold and appeared to be leftover from the lunch time and I was there at 4:10pm. Most uncoutious employees I’ve ever encountered. My drink, lemonade, was trust at me and leaked All over. The bag with the food was almost thrown at me. Had I not been traveling threw town and headed to freeway I would have come back and had a conversation with the manager.
