We stopped for an early lunch. The restaurant was void of customers but very clean and bright. It has been years since we had been to an Arby's. The employees seemed to be having a good time but immediately acknowledged us when we came in. We ordered the classic roast beefs and potato cakes. The employee told us it would take three minutes for the potato cakes. I did not time it, but they were calling our name in a few minutes, delivering great sandwiches.
Just got home to eat our takeout from here and my granddaughters Chicken was not in her sandwich?? Thank goodness we bought the 4 roast beef deal so she had a sandwich to eat we live down in Louviers so it was not worth our time to go back, very odd to not have the protein placed in the sandwich!!??

I was in the drive through and ended up leaving. The person taking my order misgendered me three times after being told not to do that. Intentional misgendering is against colorado state law and is listed as a discriminatory act under the colorado anti discrimination act. I have eaten at this arby's location a number of times and have never been treated with this level of disrespect. I hope this is just a trainingI hope this is just a training issue.And you can better train your employees that if they don't know someone's gender, to not misgender them. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect

This Arby’s is always super impressive. My food is always really hot and the service is always good. Very friendly workers. I’ve ordered from here many times and I’m never disappointed. Keep it up Castle rock Arby’s you’re killing it.

Went for dinner. Staff had a big order. The manager i assume, thanked everyone for stepping during the rush. Very nice to see employees being treated with kindness
I love Arby's so I am biased. But this place does a good job at Arby's stuff. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys Arby's, roast beef sandwiches, curly fries, etc. I am also very partial to the horsey sauce.

Update… the owner sent me a link to reach out to them… I’ve posted the link to nowhere! lol they don’t want to make changes. They just post this automated response to make it look like they want to make things right. It’s the same as having our “survey/comments/suggestions” go straight to the trashcan. Again…. Management, Do better.
Ordered Door Dash… train your staff to know when the fountain drinks need changed. The Powerade tasted like 98% water with a splash of blue. No way someone saw that and thought it was okay. It took 20 minutes to recognize the order from submitting it on the app. The fries were cold/soggy as if they pulled it out of a dirty clothes hamper. Would it have been hard to throw the fries back into the hot oil to make them taste like they were fresh since your lazy staff didn’t want to make new fries? I tried calling up there to tell them to change the Powerade and the phone gives a disconnected tone after first ring. Probably a bunch of teens up there that don’t care. Management, do better.

Arby's Plays Favorites,Starves Some of it's workers,denying them any food the whole shift,sometimes even after their shift and speaks negative about employees behind their backs,the GM is very rude,narcissistic and needs to be replaced. This is not acceptable and those employees deserve better than this!
