It was a little difficult to hear in the modern space, but I would like to do some writing there. The buzz of conversation would be nice to work in.
They have a large community table, a few cozy chairs near a fireplace. And High-top seating options.

Have been here several times and I am normally very pleased. Drive-thru times are never as bad as competitors and the drinks are consistent. This is the most first world problem ever, but I was eager to try their Pumpkin Spice Latte as they are one of the first major chains to drop their fall drinks this year. Aside from the almost $7 for a small coffee, this was the LEAST pumpkin spice flavor I have tasted. I would describe their PSL as more of an Iced Coffee with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Not sure if I got the wrong drink or they left the supposed pumpkin spice out but I would personally not recommend their fall line quite yet.

THEY DONT MISS. Super friendly and from an authentic place, tasty drinks, and cute seasonal offerings. Friendly to kids and overall great. I wouldn’t necessarily do a work meeting here bc of the acoustics and business but I come often personally. And I do pick up orders all the time seamlessly. Everyone I bring a drink to at work or with family say it tastes delicious. I’d love their energy drink to be cleaner ingredient wise but that has nothing to do with the location. I think the castle rock location is better than other locations too. This spot is the best!

Horrible service ordered thru the black rock app and they made me wait 30 min after it was supposed to be due. Waited 16 min in the store, 25 min after order was placed. The drink I received was wrong and the burrito was cold. Customer Service refuses to do anything no response in app when I asked the Employee to remake the burrito. She laughed and said I was a DoorDash. I told her I placed my order through Black rock app.. save yourself and run

This place was super busy. A hot spot for sure! I was disappointed with my purchase. The flavor was lacking in my drink. I believe that I had them make it less sweet, so perhaps I am somewhat responsible. However, if doing so would compromise the quality of the drink, they should have let me know.
As busy as they were, it would make me inclined to give them a second chance if I happened to be near the location. But, for the same reason, I am not sure if I would go out of my way to try them again. This isn't a place to go if you are in a hurry.( I don't know if you can order ahead. If that's an option, I would definitely recommend doing so.)
Just stopped by for a coffee and it's was in my direction. Not bad , but really didn't have time to give it much time for anything, coffee was good.

This place use to be amazing I don’t know if it’s constant staff changes. But lately it’s 50/50 if drink order is right. Went this weekend on a sat morning out of almost all its drink mixes. Burritos always cold in the middle. Drinks is what this place does its crazy they don’t keep up with supplies

Great coffee and service, always loud music inside with no outside seating. Pro tip, open your garage door during beautiful CO weather, that is why it is there :)

I have been going since they first opened. It was always great service, great coffee. I noticed changes recently in service. Not always that friendly smile anymore, unfortunately. Today, was probably the worst visit with them that I have had. No hello's, no smiles. Nothing but bad vibes, unfriendlyness, and a handful of errors. Upon receiving the first drink, the person at the drive thru didn't notice she gave me the order for the person behind me. I gave it back and told her once I realized it belonged to no one in the car. Then when I asked for a printed receipt she didnt realize she had to get it from the printer and hand it to me. And sadly, the order she gave me that wasn't mine but was in my possession cuz she said it was mine, she gave to them without redoing it. Not a good thing in today's world. I would have been livid if I was that customer. I would have expected a remake. Add this to not even a hello or smile. Not a pleasant visit. I'll think twice before starting my day at Black Rock. They once had it all perfect, but somethings changed.
I used to really enjoy going to Black Rock Coffee — the baristas were friendly, the service was efficient, and it felt like a great local spot. Unfortunately, the experience has gone downhill lately. Now, with the push toward app ordering, the personal touch is gone. I regularly place my order, drive 10 minutes to the store, and then end up waiting an additional 20–30 minutes for my drink — even when the place isn’t busy. I have arrived at BR and waited for someone to acknowledge me and just went ahead and placed an app order all while waiting for the staff.
Worse, I often stand at the counter for 5+ minutes before anyone even acknowledges me. It’s frustrating, especially when staff are right there but don’t say a word. On top of that, they still charge for alternative milk (even Starbucks and Dutch Bros have dropped those charges), and today my XL drink was only about 2/3 full. To top it off, the espresso is frequently burnt, which makes the drinks bitter and unpleasant.
I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, but once I use up the rewards from their newly revamped loyalty system, I don’t see myself coming back.
