Buffalo Wild Wings

Delivery order. Wings were good. However, more attention needs to be paid on the sides. We ordered the "carrots and celery" which is an additional charge rather than being included with a 20 piece order. See the pictures for what it looks like you are ordering vs what you get...only 2 sticks of celery that were dried out with brown ends, and 5 small baby carrots that were also dried out appearing. Should be embarrassed to charge extra for that.

Every time we go to this location we are disappointed. We sat at the bar this time. The smell of old rotting liquor was very strong. Like they hadn't cleaned the liquid traps in a while. I couldn't sit there anymore and every little bit I would get a rush of that smell. Pretty gross. The service is never great and they are always out of the house beers.

We ate here almost two years ago. We are still waiting for our food. I went in with three of my young kids, including a 5 year old. We ordered normal stuff, not substitutes or special anything. We got our sodas immediately, and the kids novelty drinks sat at the bar for 15 minutes before I walked over and got them.

Then we sat talking, and talking, and talking, and playing games, and talking, for 1 hour and 45 minutes. We talked to the waitress several times, who assured us our food was coming out.

Eventually we got the manager, who couldn't have been less interested. His attitude was almost like, "I can't understand why you are even telling me this story."

I told the manager, "I'm not paying for these drinks. We are leaving." He responded with, "OK" and walked away.

We walked out passed our waitress that was now sobbing to her friend at the host stand.

I came to Google to check the latest reviews and see if the restaurant has improved. It hasn't. The reviews are consistently bad today as they were 2 years ago.

The owner now replies to reviews saying they are working on it, but if you scroll back they have been saying this for a long time.

No one is working on it.

Furthermore, we have eaten at every restaurant in Castle Rock and Parker in the last 2 years. We love dining out. The only other place with service this bad was the Wendy's next to Kohl's in Castle Rock that shut down.

We will not be back to this location until we see a banner out side reading "Under New Management."

With this location newly opening, it was a pretty great experience. Most of the staff were younger people who working their butts off in an overwhelming way lol. I'm sure they'll get the hang of it after some more shifts. The brisket burger was delicious and my son loved the wings.
To the couple that paid for my son and my dinner tonight, THANK YOU!!!!!! You two truly made my day after it being a crap day. I cried tears of joy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Ok, since this placed has opened, tonight marks our 5th time in. This place is disgusting, so dirty, tables are never bussed. I can't imagine what the bathroom and kitchen are like. The only thing consistent here is how awful every experience is. We keep thinking it will get better but do yourself a favor and drive to the Park Meadows location. The servers are nice but they look like they're trapped in the 7th ring of hell. Food is always cold even though it's "going to be right out any second." Our appetizer came out 5 minutes after our food came out. We ordered our mozzarella stick appetizers 15 to 20 minutes prior to our food hoping they could get it right tonight. This place seriously needs to be shut down. I'm calling corporate.

Ordered takeout. Went in to get it- it was 10 minutes late. One employee was on the phone, and the others did not help me. When the employee on the phone hung up, he reprimanded his coworkers for not helping me. When he finally asked his coworker how long, he responded “no clue” and walked out. All the while, others are cursing each other out in the kitchen next to the takeout room.

Went to dinner last night to celebrate my son in laws birthday and out waitress Dani was amazing! She really made our experience special!

Just because you guys close at 12am and I placed an order at 11:29pm doesn’t mean you will give terrible service. I just looked at the recent reviews and there has to be new employees at this location. Cooks are probably so lazy and doing health hazards. Like giving frozen food to just throwing frozen dry wings in the box and put about an oz of sauce on top. Do better whoever is managing this restaurant needs help either doesn’t like their job or just doesn’t care enough for their customers. Lol

this is unacceptable,disgusting HORRIBLE SERVICE
not only does it just look like they just put a little sauce on top but they are frozen and dry… health inspection has to come here giving frozen and dry food like this is a heath hazard, you just lost costumers If you guys were to lazy to cook (do your job) you should have just called me and I could’ve done your job better.

I went here about a week ago and it was the worst experience. The person in to go was very nice tho and luckily gave me a refund. First off my fries were completely cold and tasted like they had been out for 2 weeks. I got the cauliflower buffalo wings and the lid wasn’t even on so it leaked all over my car. I’m not sure if the cooks our stoned back there but it was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even eat my food.

The last 3 times I’ve visited it has been pretty bad service. The staff is rude and not very helpful. They seem very under staffed and stressed out here. I’m gonna stop coming to this location.
