First of all, was not acknowledged for 5 min I had to make noise to get their attention. Bella, the cashier,was looking at me stupid and weird,rolling her eyes but the boy working with her was nice. Bella the cashier was rude, don’t work past 9 if you don’t want too. Why treat a paying customer like they’re stupid?? This is the worse customer service I’ve gotten here.

The person who helped us was incredibly kind and thorough. I think he was the shift manager, he wore a red shirt.

The food is dry, over cooked, and not truly cared about like other Cafe Rio’s. The restaurant is beyond filthy it’s quite disgusting. The staff are inconsistent. Even my children (5 and 6 years old) notice how gross this place truly is! I don’t think I can support Cafe Rio any longer after this visit…

Disappointing. We tried the sweet pork barbacoa tacos and pollo asada burrito. Dryed out rice, dryed out beans and dryed out pollo asada. Sweet pork sauce is syrupy. Flour tortillas fell apart. Chipotle or Costa Vida would have been a better choice.

They have no meat cooked when they open. The place is very dirty. The food is overpriced.

Limiting the competition to the local area this is a really good Mexican food restaurant. Brighter and fresher tasting - not sure what the secret is. Excellent chicken tortilla soup.

We love Cafe Rio, however this location was not up to par with those we have been to. We orders a sweet pork nachos which looked good when we got it but the chips were a hit and miss. Some were really stale and others were good. We had some that seemed really soggy. We ordered them the same as we do at all the other locations, but this time it wasn't as good. My husband had the tacos and loved them. The staff was really nice.
