“Went through the drive through on a busy Super Bowl Sunday. The young man at the drive through was exceptionally friendly and professional. He also helped with reminding me about condiments, which was appreciated because I would have forgotten. I've only been here twice due to a restrictive diet, but the hot fried chicken wings are great and unique. I love the biscuits, too. Anyway, I know the margins must be thin these days, so I'm always impressed when managers find and hire these friendly service professionals.“

“We called in an order about three hours before the Super Bowl, hoping we weren't too late. The young lady on the phone was super sweet, helpful, and patient and said it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I got to the store and was welcomed as soon as I walked in. There were about 20 employees there, working the rush. The young girls were very sweet and professional and everything was ready. A young man went over the receipt of the order with me, which was a first at any place I'd ever done take out from! Everything was correct and, sure enough, it was there in the bag when I got home. The wings were perfect, blue cheese fresh, and hot sauce was just what I was hoping for. The management here obviously knows how to hire good talent and run a strong store. We'll be back.“

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“

“The Manager lady at this location is wonderful. Nice, polite and professional. She has been more than helpful every time I go back. I live about 10 miles away from this location due to her. The Parker one is always dirty looking impolite service and last time could barely hear them due to the gangster rap music playing so loud.“
