Food was great. Drink could have been better. We got the classic presidente margaritas however the poor was light. Service was super quick, efficient and polite. We were in a chil spot so it was nice to be able to converse without a bunch of noise. Would go again. Close to nearby shopping.
The last several times we've been into this location the experience has been subpar. Tonight when we arrived, we asked to sit in the bar because we wanted to enjoy happy hour. We were told the bar was closed, even though half the tables were occupied and half were empty. We were seated in the main dining room, and when we asked if we could enjoy happy hour there, we were told no -- that it was only available in the bar. Our food was not cooked properly (unmelted cheese and undercooked bacon, cold french fries). Then, when we tried to pay our check using the tabletop system, there were 4 additional entrees on our check that had not been cleared out from a previous customer. Our server, Amanda, who was wonderful, asked the manager to take the extra items off. After the check was adjusted and we tried to pay, the system said it couldn't process our check due to an issue. Fifteen minutes later, with a lot of back and forth with the manager, our check was finally accurate. Disappointing is the best word to describe this experience. We will not be returning to this location.

I haven't been to Chili's in maybe 5 years or more. They gave us chips and salsa and damn the salsa is bad. The chips are okay. I got the crispy chicken sandwich which is crispy and good. It's just a shame they call that watered down tomato stuff salsa. Me and my friend from Texas were highly offended. Staff was nice. I'd go back. I would just demand they leave that salsa off

Worst customer service after ordering for delivery and missing food. Paid for delivery and their only solution was for me to come pick up the missing food? I will never order from chili’s again!!!!

We try to make it here every so often for a quick date night. Everything is usually fine and satisfying. Tonight our App (Triple Dipper) came out after our steaks. We didn't care, we got the app cuz we were in the mood for lots of variety and a couple small steaks, so coming out at the same time or 2-4 min after (like I did) didn't matter to us. Without saying anything the manager came to our table and apologized and informed us she took it off the bill. Being an old restaurant guy, I'm sure our server started this. To me; this kind of attention, care, and concern is the level of hospitality the industry has been lacking. Thank you to the entire staff and leadership of our local Chili's. Keep it up.

The queso w/ beef was underwhelming(more like chili). The fajitas lacked flavor. Same goes for the hot wings. Bland!
