Literally zero stars. Food is fine cause it tastes the same as any other chipotle since half their food is premade and arrives in bags. Service is always AMAZINGLY horrible. Never dine in because the tables are always dirty, the drink station is always crazy. I don't know why I've given this chipotle so many chances I will literally never be back and I think their 1.6 yelp rating is accurate and well deserved.

Did not like the customer service in this restaurant. One young Asian lady seems to have a bad attitude almost like it feels she's projecting superiority with her tone of voice and body language. One other time when I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and come in it was early so I thought I was coming in at 10:30 AM when I actually came in earlier and when the door was open she looked at me and told me that they opened at 10:45 AM but the way she did it almost felt so "I am better than you" type of attitude and then I believe her mother, who I don't know is the owner or not, came by and told me in a very nasty way they open at 10:45 AM. I left after that interaction very dissatisfied, but I won't bring my money over there with those nasty attitudes like they can do it to whoever they want for no real reason. If you are kind of looking to feel demeaned and belittled this restaurant is awesome for you
My god the 3 visits to this location have been consistently bad as a customer. Really hoping something changes! The reviews do not lie, the store is always filthy, the store is slow and it never seems like an “adult” is on staff. Clearly a leadership issue here and lack of above store influence. Coming from the restaurant industry, I would’ve lost my job the instant my restaurant ever looked this way or had such abysmal reviews. Let’s hope the new store in castle rock is better, otherwise Lone Tree is always spot on. Fast, consistently fresh, seems like a tenured crew, and clean. A table touch goes a long way!Edit: this cannot be blamed on being understaffed. With 6+ on shift during a slow period with maybe 2-3 customers in the span of 25ish minutes, not once did anyone check the dining room. Kids talked behind the line and joked, interrupted customers… quite truly the biggest DISASTER of an operation. Large brands have brand standards for a reason… not meeting these standards can kill consumer trust. I’d hate to see the food safety practices behind the scene or the walk-in for that matter…

This chipotle just keeps getting worse. The entire dining room and drink area are covered in trash. Employees asked a question and continued talking over us and had to ask to repeat the answer. Employees also handed us a dirty drink cup. They were out of vinaigrette as well as forks in the dining room.

It's a Chipotle, so you know what to expect for food, but this place deserves a huge shout out for the service. There was a line around the entire restaurant, but this crew blew through the line. They must have cleared the line four times while we were here.
