Hello everybody, today my experience with Einstein was absolutely terrible. It took everything in my power not to flip out on the lady who was taking my order in the drive through. Her host number was DT50095 She was extremely rude I was ordering and she told me slow down even though I wasnt talking fast. My order was a 2 bagels with one extra toasted. I then proceeded to pull up to the window after her being rude taking my order then proceeded to say to me after handing my my food. Yes one of them is toasted don’t ask me which one is. I will never be coming back to this Einstein anytime soon as I have had problems with them before food was alright. But that doesn’t excuse the way she treated me if I could give place negative I absolutely would.
Consistently terrible service. Clearly a management culture that encourages ignoring and abusing customers. I hate coming here and being treated like trash. You can read about the experience here in many recent Google maps reviews where customers were abused by an uncaring staff. ;(
I went to Einstein’s in Castle Rock to pick up breakfast before work. I pulled into the drive-thru and was greeted with a sign that said it was closed. I backed out and went into the store. I was not greeted and was completely ignored despite the fact that there were 4 employees including a manager (or supervisor) who was very loudly discussing some sort of drama that occurred with another employee. Eventually a young man came out of the back room and took my order. The boy that made my sandwich tossed it on the counter while yelling my name (I was the only customer) they forgot my coffee entirely. The only positive was a young lady, most likely in high school, kindly getting me my missing coffee and wished me a good day. The manager never once made eye contact with me or acknowledged me in anyway despite my order clearly being messed up.
The real kicker was the food was cold and gross. I took a few bites and through it away.
I’m sure they would be happy to know that I won’t be back.
I have been here 2 times, both times I had bad service, first time when I ordered dozen bagels with shmear they did not gave shmear tubs which I paid, second time they did not even ask if I want bagels to be cut, they asked the before customer in front of me but not me, they are always out of bagels that I want, I mean if it’s over don’t you guys restock them then what’s the point of having names there, food is good that’s the only reason I’m visiting them after 2 bad services , I tried to order through uber eats but in dozen bagels they don’t have choice of bagels so I have to drive every time, I don’t want blueberry or chocolate bagels but that’s the included choice in uber eats
Food is good, but don't do drive-thru unless you have 15 to 20 to get trapped in line!!!
Tell me why I placed an order ahead of time and show up to the restaurant 15 minutes later and it’s still not ready. Apparently only one person was working at the time. My experience at this location is always terrible and that is purely due to service, staffing, management and poor customer service.
Skip this on the weekends or early morning. SO disorganized and they prioritize the drive thru leaving customers waiting 30 to 45 minutes for food.
Breakfast sandwiches were siffy and cold after a 50 minute wait.

Spent 30+ mins in the drive through and didn’t get my food. 3 cars behind me backed out of the drive through as I. . Total waste of time.
So I felt like coming in for some bagels. McKenna is the one who helped me.
I asked if they ever make soft pretzels, they don’t. So she recommended pretzel bagel. I was interested, but they didn’t have any upfront. So she went and searched. She searched hard. I mean, she really did! She definitely went above and beyond! I so appreciate when people really try to help. And that was definitely her.
And I love the bagels here.

This location is extremely slow, if you go through the drive through expect a wait of 10 minutes per car in front of you, 3 cars and it seriously could be 30 minutes. Somehow going inside is even slower.

This is the worst Einsteins EVER!!!! DONT GO HERE EVER! They never get your online order correct especially when you are the only order. I have worked for this company, it's not rocket science! Service is terrible they don't even say hi when you walk in. We will NEVER go back. You would think we order for 20peopel but it's only ever been 2 people. How can you get 4 bagels wrong everytime!!!
Thin, tasteless bagels that were barely warm. Weak coffee. Slow service...granted, I think they were under staffed due to a winter storm.
